Full Job Description

Talent Acquisition Lead needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Alpharetta, GA.
PT Hours about 24 hours per week, potential for some weeks to be 40 hours

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to medical device, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, or commercial hiring.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, or a related field.
Ability to travel periodically across Spectrum’s geographic footprint for recruiting needs, hiring events, and stakeholder engagement.
Paying $50 - $55.17 per hour; depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing strategy through candidate engagement, interview process, offer, and onboarding.
Build targeted sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, networking, referrals, job boards, events, and industry communities.
Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, translating business needs into focused search strategies and clear candidate profiles.
Identify and engage passive talent in the medical device market, creating compelling outreach that earns responses and builds long-term relationships.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

2–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to medical device, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, or commercial hiring.
