FREE JOB TRAINING FOR THE HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
The Texas Construction Career Academy (TCCA) program offers heavy highway construction training sessions throughout the state designed to offer participants courses related to highway construction trades. The course includes:
- OSHA 10-Hour for Construction Workers
- Intro to Construction Estimating and Blueprint Reading
- Intro to Land Surveying and Materials Testing
- Intro to Preventative Maintenance
- Job Resume Prep
- PLUS: Heavy Equipment Hands-on Training

- Be willing to take a drug test.
- Be willing to work outdoors.
- Have a current Texas Driver’s License or Government ID.
- Take part in an interview process.
The TCCA program is offered by JJG Development, LLC which provides intensive heavy highway equipment and safety training along with contracting services throughout the entire state of Texas.
