The Fit:

As a Driver Recruiter, you connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and educate them on our training process, fleet options, income potential, and communicate the benefits of working for Roehl. Additionally, you make informed hiring decisions to ensure we hire highly motivated and qualified candidates. Therefore, you must possess the following skills

Effective & timely communication with a diverse audience
Persuasive speaking
Effective time-management
Collaboration
Strong desire to develop and learn new skills

The Experience:

One year experience of recruiting Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road carrier is preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Tenstreet is a plus.

The Wage:

You will receive a competitive salary and you are eligible for a variable compensation bonus. Additionally, we provide medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off. We even offer tuition reimbursement if you are interested in advancing your education.
