Full Job Description

Contract & Data Specialist: Contributes to the administration of Older Americans Act (OAA) and Kent County Senior Millage (KCSM) contracts as a member of the contract management team. This role works to achieve organizational goals and objectives by preparing contractual documents and funding materials, and maintaining contract-related databases. A primary responsibility will be working with external partners in the collection and reporting of client data via a Salesforce Experience Cloud platform - tracking submissions, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, and troubleshooting technical or user issues as they arise. Additional duties include overseeing periodic updates to policy documents and service directories, analyzing data reports and assisting in the compilation of annual reports.

Qualifications required include a high school diploma or GED with experience in data collection or management. Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications, including expertise in Excel. Additional qualifications include being a great communicator with strong organizational and time management skills, able to use independent judgment and work with limited supervision. While the position is primarily in-office, hybrid work opportunities may be available following successful onboarding.

This is a Part Time 32-hour position, with a flexible work schedule, and no holidays or weekends required! This position is eligible for an excellent benefits package that includes health benefits, flexible spending accounts, 10% retirement contribution, employer paid group term life with AD&D, short term disability, long term disability, and a generous paid time off plan. The starting annual salary range is $42,500 to $43,500 based on 32 hours per week and dependent upon experience.
