Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to grow our staffing and security services across Northwest Ohio and surrounding areas.
This role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering solutions to clients. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, specifically within staffing, recruiting, or contract security services.
What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Present and sell staffing and contract security services
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent client service
- Meet or exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience
- Direct experience in staffing, recruiting, or security services sales strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings
