## Job Summary
Lead Teachers play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in early childhood education, working with diverse children in a bilingual environment.
## Responsibilities
- Lead in the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and assessment that promote the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of infants and toddlers
- Follow ITERS guidelines in the creation of a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages children's creativity and exploration
- Engage in active professional development and reflection to build knowledge and skills that will foster professional dispositions and behavior
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative educational community
## Qualifications
- Associate degree in ECE; associate degree with greater than or equal to 12 credit hours in ECE; or 60 hours of college level coursework with greater than or equal to 12 credit hours in ECE
- At least 3 years of experience working with young children (0-3)
- Knowledge and experience with developmentally-appropriate curriculum and assessment for young learners; preferably experience with ITERS
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
