CDL Driver – Industrial Services (Day & Night Shifts) — Huber Heights/Dayton, OH
HighTec Industrial Services is seeking full-time CDL Drivers for day and night shift in the Dayton/Huber Heights area. This is a hands-on driving position — you’ll operate commercial trucks (ex: vacuum trucks, roll offs) while also performing industrial field work. Drivers are home every night and receive paid, hands-on training, PPE, uniforms and full benefits.

What you’ll do
· Drive and operate Class A commercial trucks such as vacuum trucks to and from job sites
· Assist crews in the field with setup, operation, and cleanup of industrial cleaning and environmental services equipment
· Use industrial tools and hoses safely and efficiently under supervision
· Follow all DOT and OSHA safety standards, including PPE and customer site protocols
· Complete pre- and post-trip inspections on commercial equipment
· Perform hands-on physical work including lifting up to 75 lbs in industrial and commercial environments
What you’ll bring
· Valid CDL Class A license (must be able to operate with manual transmission)
· Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
· Commitment to safety and teamwork in field environments
· Reliable transportation to our Huber Heights shop or local job sites
· Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to perform physical labor
· Experience operating vacuum trucks or other heavy industrial vehicles is preferred but not required
Pay, schedule & location
· Pay: $25–$30/hour to start; higher based on experience
· Overtime: After 40 hours; Saturday hours paid at over-time; Sunday hours paid at double-time in the same workweek
· Shifts: Day shifts available (10–12 hours typical)
Night Shift: 7pm-7am
· Work setting: On site at customer facilities, local to the Dayton/Huber Heights area — home every night
