Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service from greeting through payment
- Guide guests through menu selections, daily specials, and beverage offerings
- Build genuine relationships with guests through attentive hospitality
- Maintain detailed knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ensure tables remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
- Fine dining experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Team-oriented mindset
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability preferred
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
