Full Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator (Fluency in Korean is required)

Job Location: 200 S. Michigan Ave. Chicago, IL 60604 (On-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide general administrative and clerical support in a professional office environment. This is an entry- to junior-level position focused on routine administrative tasks and supporting daily office operations.

Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Start Date: Immediate

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 – $55,000, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide administrative and clerical support.

-Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and prepare documents.

-Coordinate scheduling, filing, and general administrative activities.

-Manage office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, leases, corporate residential unit rentals, utilities, corporate vehicle rentals, purchasing, and other administrative logistics.

-Coordinate with headquarters, employees, and external vendors to support daily administrative and operational needs.

-Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent college coursework preferred.

-1–3 years of administrative or office support experience -preferred.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, HWP, and other standard office software preferred.

-Fluency in Korean (spoken and written)- required.

Work Environment

In-person office work, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break) (Full Time)

-On-site professional office position
