Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of the company yard, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Organize materials, equipment, and inventory to support efficient operations.
- Perform general yard maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Make pickups and deliveries as needed using company vehicles and trailers.
- Safely tow and maneuver a 33-foot gooseneck trailer.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook and Excel, to manage communications, track inventory, and maintain records.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
- Arrive on time and demonstrate dependable attendance and work ethic.
- Support warehouse and operational needs as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working alone and taking initiative to identify and resolve issues.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing and backing trailers, preferably a 33-foot gooseneck trailer.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment safely.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and pride in maintaining an organized yard and warehouse environment.
Must pass a strict background and drug screen before being hired
Ideal Candidate: Someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done, takes ownership of their responsibilities, keeps the yard in top condition, and can safely handle truck-and-trailer pickups while supporting daily operations.
Pay: $22.98 - $27.67 per hour
