- Configured, troubleshot, and repaired HMIs by applying software upgrades, hardware replacements, and functional verifications, maintaining documentation of changes to meet compliance and traceability standards.
- Performed troubleshooting and repair of servo motors and drives, identifying faulty devices using electrical schematics and technical manuals, replacing components, and restoring precision performance on production lines.
- Managed troubleshooting and maintenance of motion control systems and VFDs, interpreting mechanical diagrams and automated system drawings, and applying corrective actions to ensure safety, and operational continuity.
- Investigated and resolved communication issues in automated equipment, performing root cause analysis, repairing electrical controls, and documenting corrective actions to prevent recurrence and reduce downtime.
