DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

POSITION TITLE: Director of Operations

REPORTS TO: President / Vice President

POSITION SUMMARY: Full- time, Director of Operations

The Director of Operations (DOO) will be responsible for overseeing all company projects, staff, subcontractors and daily operations.

The DOO will interact with company executives, department managers, technical staff, consultants and subcontractors (including environmental professionals, archaeologists, architectural historians, biologists, etc.), to ensure effective completion of services.

The DOO will work closely with the President and Vice President to ensure Client satisfaction, availability of staffing, and project profitability.

This position will require some Client interfacing to assist Clients in high level concerns, best practices and Client specific scopes of work.

The DOO will also assist in developing, updating and maintaining templates, protocols and procedures by working with President, Vice President and technical staff in furtherance of same.

The DOO may also complete technical reports or report reviews for select projects, including Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, Client Compliance Reviews, and other related projects that require a high level of technical expertise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Management and operations.

· Staffing.

· Staff mentoring and education.

· Reviewing of reports prepared by staff.

· Assisting with honing and developing company standards and procedures.

· Ensuring profitably of specific assignments.

· Reviewing and assessing staff scheduling and assignments.

Completion of technical reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 10+ years’ experience in related field.

· 5 years’ experience in operations and Client management duties.

· 3+ years’ experience in wireless infrastructure development (preferred).

· Environmental Professional or Professional Degree in related field (archaeology, historic architecture, biology, etc.) preferred.

· P/L responsibilities.

· Knowledge of wireless infrastructure Clients, their corporate contacts and hierarchy and regulatory needs (preferred).

· Detail oriented and highly organized.

· Leadership abilities. Proven record of positive and professional personality with the ability to interact with individuals with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets.

· Excellent verbal and written communication.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Telecom, Environmental Consulting and Services : 10 years (Preferred)
