Position Summary
Our marketplace associates are engaged and energetic, providing our guests with unsurpassed customer service and sales experiences. Featuring gourmet sandwiches, cheeses, baked goods, olive oils, chocolate sauces, fudge, and wine specials; the marketplace provides an exciting atmosphere not only for guests, but also staff who thrive in customer service and sales. You will have the opportunity to meet and assist guests from all over the world, work in a building known for its beautiful architecture, represent fine wine and food products while delivering gracious hospitality, exciting wine tastings, and memorable experiences. Qualifications
· Strong English language skills and a desire to speak with guests and business partners throughout the day while providing exceptional customer service
· Proficiency in using computer software systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite – previous experience with Tock and AMS a plus but not required
· Capable of providing exceptional customer service in all interactions with guests
· Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends, minor holidays, and occasional evenings
· Ability to pass background and drug screening
