NO PROSPECTING or COLD CALLING! Most, if not all agencies require you to find your own sales leads or call on old worn out leads that other agents have already run into the ground. Not here. Tons of people voluntarily call us because we are the only local insurance agency who regularly advertises on TV and is ranked at the top of Google search for our category resulting in tremendous name recognition and more fresh, qualified leads than we can handle.
NO CHARGEBACKS! Agencies who say you can make over $100K out of the gate fail to reveal that you must find your own leads and pay back commissions that don't stay on the books which has a big negative impact on your income requiring you to sell even more to make up for the loss. Not here.
THE BEST HOURS! Full -time here means only 35 working hours per week (9:00AM-5:00PM with 1 hr lunch included). No nights or weekends.

Job duties:

Learn various insurance company websites, applications and insurance software.
Become proficient in insurance price quoting and agency procedures, handling incoming quote calls and internet leads, building rapport with customers and problem solve, closing and completing sales and needed follow-up, setup and maintain online customer files.

Job Requirements:

A Kentucky or Indiana P&C insurance license with ANY insurance office experience.
Experience with EZLynx software is a HUGE plus!
Minimum high school graduate, confident, teachable and friendly self-starter who listens well, compatible with co-workers, can work independently and has excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
NOT SHY and have a good personality, can talk to people other than just blurting out a price, be punctual, detail oriented, accurate, efficient, possess strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Good communication and computer skills including Windows PC, PDF, Outlook, WORD and other Microsoft Office products

Compensation- $45,000-$60,000 starting base salary depending upon qualifications and experience with comm/ bonuses and no chargebacks. PLUS, $1,000 HIRING BONUS AFTER FIRST 90 DAYS!! Paid vacation, sick time or PTO, health insurance stipend, Paid CE & license renewals.
