Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Assistant to support our team in various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth project operations and providing excellent communication between job site and main office while maintaining a professional work ethic.

Duties

Assist in project coordination and management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Maintain organized filing systems for project documentation and client records.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Manage calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
Proofread documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining an organized workspace.
This position will be required to be on site and wear mandatory safety gear when required (i.e. safety hard hat, steel toe boots, etc.)

Experience
Candidates should have a background that includes:

Previous office experience or administrative roles with a focus on organization and communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Demonstrated organizational skills with effective time management abilities.
Experience as a personal assistant or in similar roles that require multitasking and prioritization of tasks.
