We are looking for an exceptional person to serve as the Client Relations Coordinator for our Fort Myers estate planning law firm. Highly motivated self-directed individual who is able to work independently and must have strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail, outstanding spelling and grammar skills, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with Adobe, MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Attention to detail a . Must LOVE people and want to make a CONNECTION with people.

Specific Responsibilities:

Document Production

· Database entry of client personal and financial information into electronic system

· Review client files and schedule client meetings using computer software programs

· Place phone calls to clients, agencies and institutions as client file proceeds through our process

· Follow our process

· Generate routine correspondence

· Make appropriate database entries according to the progress of documents through the computer software

· Print progress reports and discuss them regularly with owner/attorney and other team members

· Scanning and electronic filing of documentation

· Participate in document signing meetings

· Conduct post-signing client funding meetings

· Coordinate with marketing staff

Administrative Duties:

Compile and edit reports; compose routine correspondence; edit all correspondence
Create and send blast emails to clients
Manage and screen telephone calls
Coordinate with other team efforts to achieve firm goals

Requirements:

· College graduate.

· One year of relevant administrative experience.

· Must have MS Office experience and strong proficiency with computers, including the ability to learn new software programs quickly.

· Must type a minimum of 50 words a minute
