Full Job Description

Are you a tech-savvy hospitality and/or showroom support expert looking for an exciting role in a growing tech startup serving Miami’s largest and most exciting industry: real estate

If you are a self-starting, multitasking go-getter able to effectively support client sales in fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for a customer-obsessed individual who will play an integral role in serving the company’s VIP real estate clients onsite in their showrooms for multi-billion-dollar developments. In this position, you will support the clients with handling Yupix’ technology solutions and give them a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:

Act as the interface between the company and our main clients
Provide high-level technical and administrative support for client teams in the showroom
Provide orientation on use and calibration of VR headsets
Escalate technical issue to the backend IT team for resolving
Ability to work in a team and contribute ideas and solutions for organizational needs
Effectively communicate technical terms and topics to both technical and non-technical users and team members.
Ensure that the showroom is visually appealing and inviting towards clients

Requirements and Qualifications:

Familiar and comfortable with handling desktop computers and VR devices (headsets)
Strong experience in showroom management or with sales events
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proactive problem solver
Attention to details.
Fluent in English
Ability to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently preferred
