MARC Media Group is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) while also assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company’s home office in Winter Park, Florida (Moving to Maitland).
This role combines administrative support with general office coordination. The position will assist with scheduling, internal reporting, and communication across multiple markets while also helping ensure the home office runs smoothly and that visitors feel welcomed and cared for.
The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping teams operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with managing the CRO’s calendar to help ensure efficient use of time.
- Schedule meetings with internal leadership, direct reports, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate recurring leadership meetings and scheduling requests.
- Assist with basic travel coordination when needed.
- Assist in preparing and distributing internal sales reports, including:
- Daily KPI tracker for sales teams
- Weekly pacing reports
- Sales leaderboards
- Gather information from various markets to help compile reports.
- Help support the daily operations of the home office.
- Assist with basic office needs for leadership and team members working in the office.
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
- Assist with coordinating office supplies and general office organization.
- Welcome guests arriving at the home office.
- Help coordinate meetings and guide visitors from the lobby to the appropriate office or meeting space.
- Assist in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, ministry partners, and visitors.
- Assist with coordinating communication between leadership and teams across multiple markets.
- Help track follow-ups and reporting deadlines.
- Assist with meeting preparation and internal documentation.

- $20–$25 per hour depending on experience. This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position eligible for overtime.
