We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our patient-focused dental practice two days per week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If you enjoy building lasting relationships with patients and providing exceptional preventive care in a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Private practice focusing on personal care. No HMO or PPO or Dentical. 1 patient per hour. IntraOral camera available for patient education in every treatment room. All instruments supplied for you.
Wednesdays 8 am to 5pm
Thursdays 7 am to 1pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and Scaling and Root Planning procedures (with local anesthesia).
- Take digital dental radiographs
- Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in identifying dental conditions and communicate findings to the dentist
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of California
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Gentle chairside manner with patients of all ages
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
