Full Job Description

Mercy Ridge, an upscale retirement community located in Timonium, Maryland is seeking part time dining servers to become a part of our team. This is a non-exempt position. Under the supervision of the Venue Manager, the Server is to courteously and professionally serve all residents and their guests’ meals in the dining rooms.

Essential Functions:

Attends pre-meal briefing daily.
Is courteous, knowledgeable of menu, and professional at all times when serving a resident/guest.
Performs pre-opening and closing side work duties as assigned.
Sets tables and maintains work stations and kitchen stations in proper order and in accordance to sanitation guidelines.
Takes orders and provides service to residents and guests in dining venue as assigned.
Clears dishes from tables after each course.
