Job Summary:
Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio and Spa is a premier beauty and wellness center dedicated to providing top-notch skincare and beauty services. We pride ourselves on our professional yet welcoming environment where clients can relax and rejuvenate. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Esthetician or Beauty Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional advice on skincare products and regimes tailored to individual client needs.
Provide makeup application for special occasions and events, ensuring clients look and feel their best.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing outstanding service and building strong relationships.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the salon.
Handle client consultations, appointments, and follow-up communication professionally.

Qualifications:

Valid Esthetician License preferred, but not required.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and their application.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and services.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Wage: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
Commission: Opportunity to earn commission based on services provided.
Supplemental Pay: Additional bonuses and incentives available for outstanding performance.
