Who You Are:
A highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a focus on Health and Safety to support our construction operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that health and safety procedures are executed effectively, contributing to a safe environment for all our workers.
Some Of What You’ll Do:
- Support the development and maintenance of health and safety documentation and procedures.
- Coordinate safety drills, training sessions, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate health and safety records to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact for staff and relevant authorities regarding safety related matters.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and communication support.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with a focus on health and safety.
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and procedures. Construction industry safety experience a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification a plus
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, etc) , with required expertise in Outlook.
