We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Office Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer support
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with office management tasks like calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Contribute to marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, creating basic promotional materials, and supporting email campaigns
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient
- Provide administrative support for special projects, including research, data collection, and report preparation
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; strong clerical skills are essential
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Strong computer literacy with a focus on data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client interactions
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles will be beneficial for providing outstanding support and phone etiquette
