Full Job Description

Looking for more than just another administrative job?

If you're someone who enjoys staying organized, providing outstanding customer service, and being the person everyone can count on to keep things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

Moose International is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Catalog Sales team. In this role, you'll support our members across North America, assist with merchandise orders, help operate our Moose Gift Store, and play an important role in preparing for our annual International Convention.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, works well independently, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

Every day brings something different. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting members and customers with merchandise orders and product questions by phone and email
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
Maintaining department records and reports
Supporting inventory and daily Gift Store operations
Helping prepare for and support the annual Moose International Convention, including limited travel for setup and teardown
Providing general administrative support to ensure the department operates efficiently

Enjoys helping people and providing exceptional customer service
Is highly organized and pays close attention to detail
Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Works well independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
Has previous administrative, office support, customer service, retail operations, or order processing experience

Position Details

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Location: In Person at Moose International Headquarters in Mooseheart, Illinois

Travel: Occasional travel required for the annual Moose International Convention.
