Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled, EXPERIENCED Commercial Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical wiring
- Test electrical systems using devices such as voltmeters and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety
- Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, for any defects or malfunctions
- Identify electrical problems and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on time
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Electrician
- Knowledge of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Be well versed in conduit installation, motor control circuitry, switch gear maintenance and cable termination
- Proficient with National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Experience in commercial electrician work is preferred
Skills:
- Cutting, bending, and running ½" to 4" electrical conduit.
- Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
- Ability to Pull and Terminate Cables
- Ability to troubleshoot
