- 5+ years of experience in a professional automotive repair facility
- Strong electrical diagnostics and driveability skills
- ASE certifications... not required, but a definite plus
- A clean driving record
- A great attitude and the ability to work independently
- Someone who takes pride in their work... not just punching a clock
BUT… if you need someone looking over your shoulder to stay motivated... this probably isn't the right fit.
