What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Serve as a trusted technology advisor by understanding client business objectives and recommending strategic IT solutions.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Prepare proposals, conduct client presentations, negotiate agreements, and close new business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue goals.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Technology Sales, or Client Success.
Experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.
Candidates with experience working for a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), Systems Integrator, IT Consulting Firm, Technology Solutions Provider, or Cybersecurity Consulting organization are strongly encouraged to apply.
Proven success managing B2B technology accounts and building long-term client relationships.
Strong consultative sales, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate business value to executive decision-makers.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
