We are seeking an entry-level Administrative Assistant to join our Mail & Reception Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their career who is motivated to learn, enjoys working in a team environment, and takes pride in providing outstanding support.

Position Overview

This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for supporting the daily flow of incoming and outgoing communications throughout the firm. The role involves handling a high volume of both paper and electronic mail while assisting with reception coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Open, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Process outgoing mail and packages accurately and efficiently
Organize and manage electronic documents and correspondence
Assist with data entry and administrative tasks assigned
Provide overflow telephone coverage and direct calls appropriately
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling client information
Support attorneys and staff with administrative projects as needed
