Role Overview
We are looking for a competitive, charismatic Field Sales Representative to join our direct marketing firm. In this role, you will be the "face of the brand" for our Fortune 100 partners, engaging directly with potential customers in assigned territories. This is a high-impact position focused on territory management, face-to-face presentations, and hitting daily acquisition targets.
No prior sales experience is required; we provide full training on lead generation, the psychology of closing, and professional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Execute daily field operations within high-traffic sectors to identify and engage qualified leads.
- Direct Presentations: Conduct professional, face-to-face product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition of our clients' services.
- Customer Acquisition: Navigate the full sales cycle from initial ice-breaker to closing the deal and finalizing enrollment paperwork.
- Brand Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of client-specific promotions and legal compliance to ensure every sale is high-quality and sustainable.
- Peer Leadership: Participate in morning "impact sessions" to share successful tactics and help develop the skill sets of newer team members.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Agility: Ability to read body language, build instant rapport, and handle objections with confidence and poise.
- Resilience: A "student-teacher" mentality and the grit to remain positive in a high-rejection environment.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to maximize productivity within a designated territory.
- Presentation: A sharp, professional appearance suitable for interacting with corporate and residential clients alike.
- Ambition: A desire to move from an entry-level field role into a trainer or territory manager position within 6–12 months.
Performance-Based Benefits
- Uncapped Commissions: Competitive base pay plus a performance-based commission structure with no ceiling.
- Travel Opportunities: Eligibility for regional and national networking conferences and performance-based retreats.
- Fast-Track Management: We promote 100% from within, offering a clear path from sales rep to corporate trainer and executive management.
- Team Environment: Daily collaborative meetings and a high-energy culture that rewards top performers.
