We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead production planning, scheduling, forecasting, and supply chain operations across our manufacturing network.
This position is primarily remote, offering flexibility while collaborating with teams across multiple locations. The role will require periodic travel to Nortech manufacturing sites to support operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

The pay range for this role is $109,000 - $125,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other candidate qualifications.

We're seeking a strategic supply chain professional who combines strong planning expertise with a collaborative leadership style.
- Direct, train, and provide guidance and functional expertise to personnel involved in scheduling and planning of production items.
- Promote team members’ safety and welfare; perform employee hiring, development, communications, and performance management responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and practices.
- Communicate goals to team members and provide timely feedback on achievement.
- Coordinate training and ensure resources for staff development.
- Prepare reports on operations and activities; identify and recommend improvements and modifications.
- Implement best in class production planning techniques and systems to drive production efficiencies.
- Work with the Global Supply Chain, Business Development, Manufacturing, and other internal teams on scheduling, and inventory turnover and availability.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate purchasing signals for buyers, leveraging systematic methodologies.
- Manage production planning activities within the ERP system (Epicor), ensuring alignment with operational and demand requirements.
- Oversee demand forecast maintenance and optimize fulfillment strategies to support service and inventory goals.
- Support the transfer and integration of product families across manufacturing sites to ensure continuity and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including:
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Translating sales forecasts and customer demand into production plans.
- Applying advanced master scheduling methodologies.
- Developing, analyzing, and presenting business performance reports.
- Supervisory, leadership, and project management responsibilities.
- Utilizing ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Two (2) or more years of production planning and leadership experience in a medical device, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Direct experience with ERP systems, preferably Epicor.

Six years of experience including: · Working in a production planning capacity within a manufacturing environment. ·Successfully coordinating with sales/marketing, engineering, and other internal functions to translate sales forecasts and customer orders into working production plans. · Applying best-in-class Master Scheduling techniques to achieve high quality and cost-effective production outcomes.
- Required: · Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent in business, supply chain, engineering, or related function
