Successful and growing Personal Injury Law firm with a reputation of quality seeks a passionate Customer Service Rep or Client Liason to help insure our clients' needs and expectations are met and exceeded. This is an opportunity for the right person to build an exciting and rewarding career with a firm that cares.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound client calls in a timely manner
Identify clients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by going the extra mile
Make notes on each transaction/communication in our CRM
Respond to customer text and email inquiries in a thorough and professional manner
Coordinate with others within the firm to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
Take on other responsibilities and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
Excellent customer care skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Basic computer skills including web browsing, typing and data entry, word processing, etc.
Ability to work effectively on a team
Willingness to learn on the job
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Strong and verifiable knowledge of ORTHO, CHIRO & PT procedures!
