(ENTRY LEVEL - No Experience Required)
Location: Greater Denver Area (Field-Based / Local Networking)
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 On-Target Earnings (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission)

We are urgently hiring for TWO Community Growth Representatives to join our team. No professional sales experience is required for this role. What we do require is a relentless work ethic, a proactive attitude, a passion for building relationships, and an absolute obsession with learning.
At NTV360, we are shaping the future of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising by connecting local businesses with high-impact marketing solutions. We are looking for a high-energy, natural-born relationship builder to be the face of our brand in the Greater Denver Area.
This is not a rigid, script-reading inside sales job. It is a highly active, client-facing role for someone who genuinely loves people. You will spend your days out in the community—joining networking and referral groups, hitting the pavement, and initiating organic conversations with local business owners to help them grow through our digital billboard network.

What We Offer
- $60,000 base salary with $80,000 OTE in your first year, with an uncapped commission structure that rewards your hustle.

Key Responsibilities
- Get out of the office and into the market. Build a robust pipeline by attending local networking and referral groups, community events, and doing direct local outreach via cold calls and walk-ins.
- Confidently introduce yourself to local business decision-makers, uncover their marketing pain points, and introduce them to NTV360’s powerful advertising solutions.
- Own the relationship from the initial handshake to qualifying their marketing needs and positioning them for a successful partnership.
- Clearly articulate the value of our digital billboard network and how it helps Denver businesses stand out in a crowded market.
- Keep your active relationships organized by tracking your interactions and progress within Monday.com.
