**Job Description:**
As a Caregiver/Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a pivotal role in offering essential support to clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. You will work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and preferences, fostering a trusting relationship that promotes overall well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, enhancing their social interaction and overall mental health.
Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
Monitor and record client’s vital sign's, health status, and behavior changes, reporting any concerns to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment.
Engage clients in recreational activities and hobbies to promote physical and mental well-being.
Foster effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
Follow safety protocols and best practices to ensure client safety and well-being.

**Qualifications:**

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
Previous experience in a caregiving role or related field is a plus.
Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and care plans.
Proficiency in basic healthcare and safety protocols.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
Pass background checks and meet any state-specific requirements for HHAs.
