Job Type – Full Time Recruiting and Staffing Positions

Salary – $18.00 - $22 per hour with Variable Compensation Package (Monthly)

The Job Center Staffing is a dynamic and innovative Staffing Agency dedicated to changing lives. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional and high quality staffing solutions to our clients, and we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Supervisors to join our team.

STAFFING SUPERVISOR OVERVIEW

The Job Center Staffing is looking to hire people-first Staffing Supervisors within a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to apply and grow your relationship building, communications, and adaptability skills. The Staffing Supervisor is a critical role within The Job Center, responsible for recruiting, staffing, client relationships, administrative tasks, and more to deliver high quality service for both clients and associates. We are looking for a dynamic individual to help one of our growing offices in a large market.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF STAFFING SUPERVISOR

Recruiting – Effectively source, influence, and screen candidates from digital job boards, in–person job fairs, and other activities related to attracting qualified candidates.
Interview Candidates – Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and how well they fit into the client culture, all while ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
Onboard Candidates – Guide new hires through the orientation process, ensuring adherence to all relevant compliance regulations, and facilitating a smooth integration into the client's culture and position expectations
Associate Management – Support Associates on assignment, providing exceptional customer service, and helping solve issues. Detailed documentation of timecards, challenges, terminations, and redeployment.

QUALIFICATIONS OF STAFFING SUPERVISOR

Energetic – Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to engage with candidates and clients to achieve recruitment, staffing, and account goals effectively.
Communication – Able to clearly express ideas, actively listen to others, and build strong connections with candidates and clients through effective verbal and written communication.
Detail Oriented – Attention to small details, like candidate qualifications and compliance requirements, to ensure all aspects of the recruitment process run smoothly and efficiently
Computer Literacy – Comfortable and proficient in using computer programs and technology to manage candidate databases, conduct online research, and communicate effectively through emails and digital platforms

REQUIREMENTS OF STAFFING SUPERVISOR

Language Proficiency – Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.
Bilingual- In Spanish a plus
Experience – Willing to train the right, motivated candidate, experience as a Recruiter a plus!
Technology – Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email) required.
Communication – Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Organized – Excellent organizational skills, able to pull information efficiently and effectively.

BENEFITS OF STAFFING SUPERVISOR

Compensation – $18 - $22 hour plus monthly variable compensation bonus based on performance. ALSO MONTHLY BONUS BASED ON # of people out working. Averages $300 to $600+ per month depending on Staffing Supervisor.
Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15 days of PTO per calendar year (January through December)
Insurance – Health, Dental, and Vision insurance plans offered
401(k) – Company match 401(k) offered
