Three years ago, we built our staffing operation in Cleveland.

Since then, we've doubled every year.

Now we're expanding our presence in Livonia.

We're looking for someone who loves the hunt.

Someone who can build relationships, influence decisions, and create opportunities for candidates and clients alike.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Recruit for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
Build pipelines of qualified talent across manufacturing, skilled trades, professional, and administrative functions
Source candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach
Conduct candidate interviews and assessments
Build relationships with active and passive candidates
Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
Partner closely with business development and account management teams
Create talent pipelines before the need exists
Become a trusted advisor to candidates throughout their career journey
Help shape the future growth of Qualigence Staffing
