Job Summary-
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced contact center environment.
You will assist members and prospective customers who are interested in insurance products by handling inbound sales calls, completing outbound outreach campaigns, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales agents throughout the customer journey.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to create a positive customer experience through every interaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound sales calls and provide a professional, personalized customer experience.
- Listen carefully to understand customer needs and accurately route calls to the appropriate sales team or department.
- Capture and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Make outbound calls to members and prospective customers as part of sales and engagement campaigns.
- Schedule appointments and complete follow-up calls to support sales agents.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
- Follow all required compliance guidelines, including customer authentication, script usage, Protected Health Information (PHI), and Do Not Call (DNC) procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately and communicate effectively through phone and email.
Job Qualifications-
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0–1 years of customer service, call center, sales support, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple computer systems and applications while assisting customers.
- Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications-
- Previous contact center, customer service, sales support, or healthcare insurance experience.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.com and/or call center platforms such as Five9.
- Additional education, vocational training, or college coursework.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Pay: $20.50 per hour
