Full Job Description

Overview
Oracle Plumbing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. This position is responsible for billing, accounts receivable, customer account management, and general accounting support. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Maintain and update the general ledger using accounting software, ensuring all entries adhere to GAAP standards.
Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
Review work orders and supporting documentation to ensure proper billing.
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Process customer payments and maintain accurate account records.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Assist with collections and lien notice administration when necessary.
Prepare reports related to billing, accounts receivable, and cash receipts.
Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records.
Support month-end closing and other accounting functions.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff.
Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
