Job Overview
Van Scoy Hair Clinic is Ohio’s leader in hair loss treatments. It is our goal to provide the best possible results for men and women who are suffering from a variety of hair loss causes. We are passionate about helping our patients feel and look like themselves again with ideal hair restoration solution.

We are seeking a part-time, detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all patients and clients.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Update and maintain all digital clients records
Monitor company email and other communication systems to ensure fast responses to clients / prospects
Generate reports and balance drawers on daily basis
Monitor client membership renewals and expirations
Perform all other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Must demonstrate professional appearance and friendly, outgoing attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service, time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer software
Ability to follow directions and take initiative as required
Desire to be proactive and adaptable to changing situations
