We are looking for someone to join our team who can jump in and serve a group of our commercial clients. We work as a team to service our clients and this position is one of the main contacts with our customers. The role includes building relationships with our clients and also assisting to onboard new clients. This includes communicating with clients on questions, correspondence, policy renewals, and executing policy changes all in an effort to provide excellent service. Insurance specific service items that are completed often include assisting customers with coverage questions, providing evidences of insurance, certificates of insurance, auto identification cards, making policy changes, assisting in processing customer payments, and assisting in claim reporting. In our daily work we communicate with multiple carriers to have options for our clients and in this role you would work with carriers to get pricing as well as coverages requested to provide an insurance policy or policies for a client. With this information proposals are developed for presentation. After policies are issued the policies are checked and reviewed and delivered for the client. After this the service process outlined above is executed.

Commercial Lines Account Manager
Summary:
Manage the current group of property and casualty commercial insurance accounts; continue to develop relationships with current customers; and help Account Executive market and develop new clients.
Location:
Greenville, SC
Position Duties:
-Handle commercial lines communications with current and prospective clients in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
-Market accounts to carriers to obtain competitive quotes.
-Assist customers with certificates of insurance, auto identification cards, policy changes, payments, and claim reporting and procedures with customers.
-Efficiently interact with insurance company staff and their systems in regards to prospective clients and current clients.
-Assist in the rating of policies and presenting policy to carrier and to insured.
-Confirm policies are issued with correct coverages and pricing. Also, check policy audits for correct information.
-Ensure accounting in regards to policies is current.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
