We are a busy, established local window and door company looking for experienced, self-sufficient Impact Window and Door Installers. We have a strong, steady pipeline of local residential and commercial projects and need reliable installers who can get to the job site and get to work without hand-holding.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the installation of high-quality impact windows, sliding glass doors, and entry doors (including brands like PGT and Woodgrain).
- Ensure all installations meet strict Florida building codes and hurricane/impact engineering standards.
- Handle structural modifications, framing, waterproofing, flashing, caulking, and clean finish trim work.
- Manage your daily workflow on-site, ensuring a clean, safe work area and professional interaction with clients.
- Verify measurements and inspect products prior to installation.
What You Must Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience specifically installing residential or commercial impact-rated windows and doors.
- Tools: Must own a complete set of professional tools required for window/door installation (drills, saws, levels, caulking guns, hand tools, etc.).
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation capable of getting you and your tools directly to various local job sites daily.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of waterproofing, structural framing, and finish carpentry.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and handle heavy impact glass and large multi-panel doors.
- Reliability: Punctual, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday) Location: Job sites throughout Palm Beach and Martin Counties, and surrounding local areas.
Pay: $22.50 - $35.00 per hour
