Full Job Description

This Is a Rare Opportunity

We don't hire often because we're committed to building and keeping a strong team. We're looking for the right technician—someone who shares our commitment to ethical repairs, efficiency, professionalism, and doing the job right the first time. If you're looking for a dealership where quality work is valued over shortcuts, we'd like to talk with you.

Toyota dealership experience is preferred, but we're also interested in skilled technicians with strong diagnostic and repair abilities who are looking to build a long-term career.

What You'll Do

Diagnose, maintain, and repair Toyota vehicles efficiently and accurately.
Perform repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
Complete inspections, maintenance, and warranty repairs.
Accurately document repair orders and recommendations.
Work closely with advisors and parts personnel to ensure timely repairs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

Previous automotive technician experience required.
Toyota dealership experience preferred.
State Safety Inspection (SI) License preferred.
ASE Certifications preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment.
