What You’ll Do
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and food safety procedures
- Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately
- Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru guests
- Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive-thru (as applicable)
- Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude
- Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized
- Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas
- Communicate clearly with managers and teammates
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to speak and read English fluently
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- A guest-focused mindset with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Reliability and a willingness to work as part of a team
