A fast-growing deep-tech software company is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to help translate a highly technical platform into clear, compelling narratives for buyers, users, and partners.
The company operates in an advanced computing category that is moving from research and experimentation toward practical enterprise adoption. Its platform helps technical teams design, optimize, and deploy complex computational workflows across multiple technology environments.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of how the product works, why it matters, and how to communicate its value credibly to different audiences — from technical practitioners to enterprise decision-makers.
Reports to VP Marketing, who is based in the USA.
Compensation:
Lucrative opportunity! The salary range, commensurate with experience will be 180 to 220K. Salary will be f lexible if you are a star. Plus incentive and equity.

Key Responsibilities:
Own technical product messaging and positioning across core products, capabilities, and use cases
Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value, business outcomes, and practical applications
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to understand roadmap priorities, feature depth, and product differentiation
Support Sales with technical narratives, pitch decks, demos, competitive positioning, and customer-facing materials
Support product launches with clear messaging, market-facing assets, and internal enablement
Develop technical content such as product explainers, solution briefs, use-case stories, and practitioner-oriented materials
Help shape how the market understands an emerging technology category and the company’s role within it
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with product strategy and commercial priorities
Requirements - What We're Looking For:
Strong technical fluency, ideally in software, developer tools, infrastructure, advanced computing, or other deep-tech platforms
Experience in Product Marketing or a closely related role such as Product Management, Solutions, Developer Relations, Technical Marketing, or Sales Engineering
Ability to move comfortably between low-level technical detail and high-level business value
Clear, concise writing and communication skills
Comfort working closely with engineers, researchers, product leaders, and other technical stakeholders
Strong judgment around how much technical detail is appropriate for different audiences
Ability to simplify complex concepts without losing credibility with technical buyers and users
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with quantum computing, scientific software, advanced simulation, HPC, AI/ML infrastructure, or other innovation-led technology environments
Background in computer science, physics, engineering, or another technical field
Experience working with research-driven teams, advanced engineering groups, R&D organizations, labs, or applied research environments
Comfort engaging with early-stage or exploratory technologies and translating them into clear narratives and practical value
Experience supporting enterprise, government, or highly technical buyer segments
