Overview

Duties
- Operate CNC milling machines and other related equipment to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications.
- Utilize CAD software for designing parts and optimizing machining processes.
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure parts meet quality standards.
- Assemble components as required, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production workflows.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- 5 axis experience is preferred
- Proficiency in operating milling machines and familiarity with Fanuc controls.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of machining processes.
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
