Now Hiring: Jewelry Sales Professional – Wilmington, NC

Perry’s Emporium

Are you passionate about people, great conversations, and beautiful jewelry? Perry’s Emporium—Eastern North Carolina’s favorite family-owned jeweler—is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our Shallotte team!

If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love building relationships, and want to help clients celebrate life’s biggest moments, this is the perfect place for you.

What You’ll Do

Create exceptional customer experiences rooted in Perry’s Emporium service standards.
Engage in warm, non-business conversations and help clients feel at home the moment they walk in.
Guide clients through our curated store tour and extensive selection of diamonds, estate jewelry, engagement rings, and designer brands.
Ask meaningful, open-ended questions to understand each client’s needs.
Present merchandise using features, advantages, and benefits to build value.
Assist with add-on opportunities and help clients complete their perfect purchase.
Maintain a polished and professional showroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Sales experience preferred (jewelry experience a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!)
Confidence presenting high-value items
Self-motivation and goal-driven mindset
Integrity, reliability, and a passion for serving clients
