Phantom Sound & Video is a small, locally owned audio/video integration company with a reputation for doing quality work. Right now, we're a three-person team—and we're ready for the next step.
I'm the owner, and I'm still serving as the lead technician while running the business. I'm looking for the person who can become my right hand in the field.
Not just another installer.
Not just someone who can hang TVs.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead residential and commercial installation projects throughout Delaware and the surrounding region, including:
- High-end residential audio/video systems
- Home automation and control systems
- Commercial AV installations
- Conference room systems
- House of worship audio/video systems
- Surveillance and access control
- Structured cabling and networking
- Equipment rack fabrication and wiring
- System commissioning and troubleshooting
You'll work directly with me on larger projects while gradually taking ownership of field operations as you become familiar with how we do things.
The Person We're Looking For
You probably have:
- 5+ years of professional AV installation experience
- Experience leading projects or installation crews
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Solid networking knowledge
- Experience building clean equipment racks
- Pride in professional cable management
- The confidence to communicate with customers
- A desire to continue learning
Experience with Control4, RTI, Nice/ELAN, Lutron, networking, commercial audio, or surveillance systems is a plus—but attitude, work ethic, and problem-solving ability matter just as much.
