The Role
We're looking for a Maintenance Foreman to lead from the front in the field. This role is about running a strong day, setting the tone for the crew, protecting quality, and making sure our clients see the standard we promise.
You'll be responsible for leading your crew, executing the day's work safely and efficiently, communicating clearly, and helping your team succeed. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in the work, stays solutions-oriented, and knows how to bring people with them.
This role also supports our snow and ice operations during the winter season. We want someone who understands that being part of this team means helping the company deliver year-round, including winter events when needed.
What You'll Do
Lead the Crew Well
You'll set the tone each day through preparation, communication, and follow-through. You'll help your crew stay focused, productive, and clear on what good looks like.
Drive Quality in the Field
You'll make sure properties are serviced to standard, details are not missed, and the finished product reflects the care we expect from our team.
Own the Day
You'll work from the schedule, manage the crew's flow, communicate issues early, and help solve problems before they become bigger ones.
Support Snow and Ice Operations
You'll be expected to support snow and ice work as part of the role. That may include winter operations, storm response, readiness, communication, and helping the team execute to standard during snow events.
Protect the Experience
You'll represent Downer Brothers well on properties, with clients, and with teammates. You'll lead with professionalism, respect, and accountability.

Requirements
- landscape maintenance experience
- crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- willingness to support snow and ice operations as part of the role
- valid driver's license
- ability to lead by example in the field
- dependable, organized, and accountable
- able to communicate clearly with crew members and leadership

Se espera que apoyes el trabajo de nieve y hielo como parte del puesto. Eso puede incluir operaciones de invierno, respuesta a tormentas, preparación, comunicación y ayudar al equipo a ejecutar con el nivel esperado durante eventos de nieve.

Requisitos
- experiencia en mantenimiento de paisajismo
