Overview

Duties

Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback, ensuring timely responses and reputation management.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and visual content creation that captures audience attention.
Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement while optimizing ad performance through detailed analytics.
Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and marketing online analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and e-commerce promotions to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills.
Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics, and marketing analytics to enhance content visibility and measure impact.
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies including media performance analytics and digital marketing performance monitoring.
Excellent writing skills with an eye for proofreading to ensure high-quality content that aligns with branding standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software is highly desirable.
