Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive engagement and growth. Your energetic approach will inspire audiences, foster community relationships, and enhance our online visibility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative initiatives and shape the digital voice of our brand in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
Manage social media accounts with tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding promptly to followers to nurture community relationships.
Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to boost reach, engagement, and conversions through precise audience segmentation.
Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding consistency across all channels while maintaining a cohesive voice that resonates with target audiences.
Perform keyword research for SEO purposes to enhance content visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
Oversee media performance analytics by tracking key metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards before publication.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management combined with digital marketing expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing projects.
Strong knowledge of social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
Hands-on experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of paid media strategies.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft engaging narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
Ability to monitor marketing performance metrics diligently using various analytics tools for continuous improvement.
Strong relationship management skills to engage with online communities effectively and foster positive interactions.
Knowledge of public relations principles to support brand reputation management through media outreach when needed.
Creative mindset with an eye for branding details, photography skills are a plus for producing compelling visual content.
