Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in the packaging industry who can drive new business and foster strong client relationships.
You will be responsible for generating leads, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for business development. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Create relationships and generate POs with companies for their paper packaging needs (POs range from $10-150k). Commissions earned on all sales generated.
- Prospect and call on new clients weekly with reports to management on new clients reached out engaged
- Manage and develop relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Track sales activities versus company provided goals and manage customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in self identified training or networking opportunities to drive business growth.
- Experience
- Proven experience in direct manufacturing sales and packaging sales is preferred. (2-5 years +)
- Proven experience in a B2B (Business to Business) sales (2-5 years +)
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and business development strategies.
- Strong technical sales background is a plus, with the ability to understand complex product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
